Ryan always does the best job.
There was some miscommunication regarding having the air filter and wiper blades replaced. I will admit that it could have been on my part. I am really not sure. I thought I communicated not to replace those and when I told Mr Beck that he talked to me in a condescending manner. I told him not to get onto me in that manner. He then took $40 off the price. I think what upset me most was his tone and not so much the miscommunication. Again I admit I could have miscommunicated my wishes. Melanie Wood

Steve Woods has always been an excellent service advisor for me and our other Toyotas in our family, since the late 1980s at the old location. He always keeps me informed on my service and repair needs, and has always been so fair, polite, and respectful to me, my wife, and extended family. I trust him 100% with my service needs.
