My truck was finished in it took way longer than I thought to get the bill. I do not believe it was the representative's fault it's the software that I was told Toyota is forcing y'all to use. That's way too complicated for me to try to keep up with

Truck sat ready for 30-40 minutes before service advisor finally got paperwork together for check out. Literally saw individuals have to move my vehicle twice so individuals behind my truck could leave. Will not use this service advisor again.
