We were very disappointed in the lack of personalization shown by our customer Rep. He NEVER introduced himself to my husband and I for starters. I finally asked him what is his name. He basically had NO friendly customer conversation with about anything. We are seriously considering moving our vehicle care back to Lexus Birmingham!!! Perhaps he was stand offish because we declined the other suggested list of repairs. We came for a particular service, if it was a #1 priority to have more servicing done, I doubt I would have allowed Tuscaloosa Toyota follow
through. I have been buying Toyota vehicles since 1996. So, Overall, our experience and service
satisfaction was VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

I was greeted at my car by several people saying someone would be with me shortly. Information was given and the ladies inside were helpful as well. Got a text saying it was ready and I was told an estimate on when my brakes would need to be changed and some other things that may need to be checked. Overall, honestly the best experience I had getting my car serviced.

Brought vehicle in for tire rotation and oil change ..technician charged for tire rotation and did not look to see I bought the tires from tusc Toyota. He corrected. After leaving noticed oil change not performed…called and returned to have oil changed. The tech apologized but all of this could have been avoided had he checked my account in computer. Total time was over 3 hours for routine service. I’ve been a customer of Tusc Toyota for over 20 years and this was a first where customer service was not ideal.
