You guys always have great service
I thought the wait time between getting the text message from the technician about my car was too long. All he done was an oil change and rotate the tires. This took two and a half hours. No one checked in with me the entire visit. I had to go look for someone to ask if there was a problem with my vehicle.
I had just got a phone call that was upsetting. The young lady that walked me out was very kind even tho I spoke negatively. I don't recall her name but I'd sure like her to know I apologize.
Mr Watkins is great. My issue is not with him; it’s about the very frustrating customer service. I’ve brought my car to Toyota for now 30 years. Due to an apparent system change, the technicians no longer use my preferred contact (cell phone), nor list my name correctly. Everything is routed to my wife’s cell phone. Every approval first goes to her contact info. That makes the system very cumbersome. My wife has to update me on my car. Suddenly, also, I’m listed as “A. Kreiser.” That’s not correct. If the system remains as poor, I’d rather take the care to a service provider that is closer.
Mr. Watkins did not return my phone call regarding my vehicle. My truck was brought in for an oil change and tire rotation. Additional services were recommended regarding my air conditioning system. I approved one of those services. I was later informed that my radio was no longer working. I called the service advisor to determine if the issue had been resolved. The service manager called me before closing. I missed his call. I called Mr. Watkins the following day (07/26/24) to follow up on the issue. He did not return my phone call. The service manager sent me a text indicating the manager was off work due to illness. I'm not sure if Mr. Watkins was also off work on 07/26/24. This experience has been frustrating.
Brent did awesome took care of the issues we had and made it very simple will now be future service advisor
My Service Representative was friendly. Improvement can be in the speed of service. I had an appointment for my car to be serviced, & finally left 3 hours afterwards. I can go to other places, & be out in 15 minutes with no appointment.

Brenton Fisher has great customer service and he did a great job seeing my car was taken care of in a timely manner. It’s employees like him, that I love Tuscaloosa Toyota!
Your "technician" needs to learn how to change a fogLight bulb in a 2024 limited. There are videos on how to do it.
No problems as usual. Chuck took care of everything.
I trust Jeremy and he gets me in and out as quickly as possible.
Jeremy always provides any and all the necessary information I need about the service needed or upcoming services that may be required on my vehicle. The issue I have with my service has nothing to do with what Jeremy does it’s usually with what the technician has done or didn’t do. When I mention any issue to Jeremy, he does his best to try a resolve the issue.
