Brandon is the only person I will ever bring my car too. He took time to make sure everything was done right . The new van has had way more problems than a new car should have. Brandon understood I was frustrated and told me he would get it fixed and He did!! He is the only reason I didn’t trade the car in and get a Honda . You might want to find away to keep him around

Will was very professional. And I was very impressed and satisfied with how accurate he was with my car service. He did an excellent job.
Only came for a tire rotation and they checked every box off but a tire rotation which was weird considering they have checked the box off before and put the number on there. Also my tire rotation is usually 29 and now it’s 31 and they added a $6 fee I’ve never had before when I have had my fluid levels “topped off”. Also I’ve always gotten a print off of my check list and this time I got nothing but a receipt . But at least I got in and out in 30 min……. Which makes me further belive they didn’t rotate my tires considering I was the last car to get checked in that morning…….i have had good experiences in the past though…..

This was my first time taking in my Tacoma to be serviced. Brenton explained the process very clearly. The waiting area was very comfortable and didn’t take long at all considering I had a recall to take care of as well.
Ryan was excellent in interactions with regard to scheduling services and double checking that services had been performed properly. He also described several tire package options including warranties that come with these tire packages after service was completed. Overall very professional and customer service oriented employee.

I had an appointment for an oil change and it took 2 hours. I did ask for a button on the seat to be checked but they said it was fine so that shouldn’t have added that much time. I noticed my car was ready and had to go ask if it was done. Many people that came after me left well before me.
