Went in for an oil change and it took over 2 hours. My appt.was at 8:30 and ended up leaving after 10:30. Longest oil change I have ever had.

Will Averett was very helpful and made the process very tolerable
One point of dissatisfaction was the fact that the parts needed for the REPAIR had been in the Parts Department and I was never called. The other point of dissatisfaction was when I called the Service Department to make an appointment, the person transferred ME to the Parts Department to ask THEM about the status of the parts. The Parts Department then transferred ME back to the Service Department. Perhaps it would make for a better customer experience if I was placed on hold while left and right hand spoke to each other.
Jeremy Beck is a very honest person. He is thorough and very polite whenever he has serviced our vehicles. We also appreciate Paul Hardin for taking so much time with us to explain each detail regarding the services we asked for on our last service.
