Went in for an oil change and it took over 2 hours. My appt.was at 8:30 and ended up leaving after 10:30. Longest oil change I have ever had.

Give that man a raise!!! Chad is an exceptional car tech who went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Their friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly patient, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns with genuine care. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of top-notch service! (Shout out to Ryan, too, for always jumping in and assisting me, too! He also needs a raise!)

One point of dissatisfaction was the fact that the parts needed for the REPAIR had been in the Parts Department and I was never called. The other point of dissatisfaction was when I called the Service Department to make an appointment, the person transferred ME to the Parts Department to ask THEM about the status of the parts. The Parts Department then transferred ME back to the Service Department. Perhaps it would make for a better customer experience if I was placed on hold while left and right hand spoke to each other.
