Some board lights were on including the engine light being on. the multiple point check even did not found out and did not give any suggestions.

The inside of my 2018 Tundra truck smelled like brake fluid or something similar. I had to buy 3 air fresheners to subdue the smell.
Everything was accomplished very quickly, very little wait time…. Steve explained what the tech found wrong with my vehicle and what was recommended to fix it… I elected to wait until my next visit to get something’s fixed… Nothing required immediate attention….

Chad was my service tech. Told me my 2021 RX 350 Car Battery was “low”, he could replace it for $170, or, take it to Lexus as it’s under warranty and will be a free replacement.
I took it to Lexus Service Dept today.. spent most of my day traveling and waiting. I was told that there is nothing wrong with my Car Battery. Have their paperwork to confirm!
