Harrison was great, and made me feel like my time was valuable. Clearly explained what was performed. Without question will recommend him and Tuscaloosa Toyota to everyone I am in contact with. Will not say the same about Ford.

The inside of my 2018 Tundra truck smelled like brake fluid or something similar. I had to buy 3 air fresheners to subdue the smell.

Everything was accomplished very quickly, very little wait time…. Steve explained what the tech found wrong with my vehicle and what was recommended to fix it… I elected to wait until my next visit to get something’s fixed… Nothing required immediate attention….

TJ is so cordial, kind and respectful!! He is very knowledgeable which is awesome! I give him a 10 ??! The ladies at the desk are very nice! They checked on me to see if I needed anything. Good to do business with Tuscaloosa Toyota!!

Chad was my service tech. Told me my 2021 RX 350 Car Battery was “low”, he could replace it for $170, or, take it to Lexus as it’s under warranty and will be a free replacement. I took it to Lexus Service Dept today.. spent most of my day traveling and waiting. I was told that there is nothing wrong with my Car Battery. Have their paperwork to confirm! Paul Hardin is aware of this! I am extremely upset, and disgusted! A fallacious lie, that created concern, unnecessary time taken! I should be recompensed for the above! Eve Boyle
