Really Appreciate Ryan Engleman!!!!!! But highly upset the way my vehicle(2021 Grand Jeep Cherokee L) Get treated when I bring it in for service. Today on 9-17-24 came in for an oil change and my vehicle had oil residue all on the hood of my truck. I guess since I don't own a Toyota I get treated different...
1-I was shorted one qt of oil after the oil change-I had to get Chuck Sansing to have maintenance put 2 qt in car
2-the message on my cars dashboard that says “ maintenance required son” was not reset x-I got Chuck Dansing to reset it
3- they drained A/C system & put new Freon in it but they had to flush old A/C system first which somehow sprayed an oily film on my cars inside windshield & dashboard-I had to clean that mess up myself

I was there for 4 hours. 1:30-5:30
I fell asleep in the lobby and did not see my phone message.
It would have been nice to have been woken up earlier and notified of what was needed to be done. It was 4:15 when they started on the agreed upon work.
