I come to this location because of the great customer service I receive from Chad Watson. I could go to the Toyota closer to where I live, but I choose Tuscaloosa Toyota over convenience any day.

The reason for my unsatisfactory decision is due to when I arrived it took almost 20 minutes to get checked in. I sat and watched others that arrived after me get checked in and no one still came to me. I expressed this concern to Chad and while his apology was appreciated it is still a concern for me in which I wanted to address. Also, after sitting to get my car completed I noticed how fast others who arrived were checked in with urgency. My other concern is I had an issue with a tire where it looks as if I could’ve ran over something but the way it left the tire I’m not sure but I addressed this concern to Chad in regards to getting a new tire being that my car is under warranty and has tire warranty as well. His response was that being that it looks that I may have ran over something that it wasn’t covered under my warranty. I had a previous experience with this and my tire was repaired with no cost to me at the station so I’m not sure what happened this time.

Whoever serviced my car broke the plastic piece that is on the side of the seat. They put it back on like they hadn’t torn it up. I should’ve known something was messed up when I got in and my seat had been adjusted all kinds of ways.

The customer service representative, Shaun seemed to be a little inattentive. First he approached my vehicle upon arrival as if he was tired and bored. Second he said “how are you” then proceeded to be engaged with someone in the distance, saying he was interacting with someone at the end of the Bay Area. Third, after I got the initial mechanic text, he never came over to tell me anything, like I observed other representatives do with other clients. So, I approached him instead. The main part I needed was not in stock, and although he seemed to know this, when I approached him, he never let me know prior. It looked like he had the same information on his computer. Fourth when my vehicle was ready he waved the paper to get my attention and yelled out to me from his desk area “You are ready “, and he headed to the pay area ahead of me, as I started to get up and walk his way. Lastly, it seemed he was at his best on my way out. He engaged in small talk, and walked me to my car, which was moved from the Bay Area, and parked across the lot to the parking spaces. I basically felt if I didn’t approach him he would have never followed up with me about anything. . Maybe the process has changed but in the past the representative has came to me to discuss findings, and get my input. I thought I saw others doing this. But if I have it wrong then that’s the process and I guess things are different now. Thanks
