I was pressed with his professional knowledge of the matters concerning my transmission issues. He went beyond my request for a simple diagnosis and your service department gave me a total diagnosis of other problems with my car, in great detail. He phoned. My warrenty Company, Car Shield, and provided me the necessary feedback from them. He's going to send them the requested information and let me know his findings, as soon as they are relayed to him.
