I paid $109 for a diagnostic, $351 for a thermostat, $26.31 to remove a thermostat, and $79.98 for a calibration. $700 for such a small problem is ridiculous.

Told would take 2-2 1/2 hours - took over 4. Never updated me with progress, I had to hunt my rep down to inquire about it while waiting. When asked question why discrepancies between check in estimate and final total - another representative wandered off to “check” and left me standing wondering if he was coming back. Found him working with another customer while my original rep checked into what had happened. Never answered my question about navigation system nor seemed interested in resolving the issue. Underwhelming experience all around.
