My scheduled service advisor wasn’t at work when I came in for my appointment but Chuck stepped in and took care of me. The service lane was completely full of customers but Chuck got my car serviced in less than an hour. I was completely satisfied because I had a very busy schedule and was able to make my next appointment on time! Tuscaloosa Toyota has always met my every need! Thank you for outstanding service for the last 7 years!!
