I had an 9 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Once I arrived there were several guys just standing around outside and finally one checked me in at this point I advised him of the mileage of the truck and it was only the service that needed to be done. I than walked inside and waited. I had been there for almost two hours when I asked about my vehicle. At this point Mr Chad went and found out who was over my service. He than spoke to Brandon about it and found that it was missed. I walked out to my truck at about two hours and fifteen minutes after arriving and they just finally pulled it into the shop. I was finally notified that my truck was complete at almost three hours later. Once I got the paperwork and returned to my truck I noticed the mileage was off about sixty miles from what I told the guy. I called Mr Chad and told him about the mileage and asked about the drums due to the last service it a a number on it and this service didn’t have one. Once I arrived home I checked the air filter on the truck it had a peace of grass sticking out and when I tapped on it dust flew from it. It appears that the filter didn’t get checked nor did it get blown out. If it wasn’t for me asking Mr Chad about it who knows how long I would of been there. Mr Chad advised that if I would contact him next time and set up my appointment with him he’d make sure that never happened again. After this experience there I’m not sure about coming back. I have to have my work truck serviced every five thousand miles and I use someone else for it and even as a walk in it has never taken more than a hour and half.

I am from Florida and evacuated from hurricane Milton. My maintenance light came on as it was driving to my daughters in North Port. I called and was unable to get an appointment but was told I was welcome to walk in and wait. She couldn’t guarantee how long it would take but wanted the have my service done prior to heading back to Florida. I was happy to wait and even happier to find out it was only about a 90 minute wait. Everyone was very nice and my car was ready within the 90 minutes. Thank you for squeezing me in.

Jeremy Beck was incredibly helpful with the whole process. There were no issues whatsoever. Earl Cousette was also very helpful with making sure my experience was great. These two guys are always helpful and very kind.
