First off I’ve got to start by saying, Steve’s the best!! He’s helped me serving all of our vehicles for the last 20 years. His attention to detail, quality customer service and incredible follow up is the best in the business. Outside of our Toyota and Lexus vehicles, we also own a Cadillac Escalade and mercedes Benz. Steve takes care of all of our vehicles!! Tuscaloosa Toyota has the very best service department in the state of Alabama. No questions asked!

I was satisfied with Chuck’s service, but I wasn’t satisfied with the length of time I was there. I got there at 1:20pm for my 1:30pm appointment and didn’t leave until approximately 5:15pm (I may have been the last customer there). And, if you keep records of time in and time out, I think my last appointment there was almost a repeat for the time that I had to wait.
Quality of work fine but lack of communication was a bit frustrating. Had to call multiple times and leave messages for updates with no feedback.
Will certainly return, but hope the communication is better next time.
