Service was good but it was hard to get updates. I had to call numerous times multiple days to get any communication on when the vehicle would be ready. I was called on Saturday without me prompting so greatly appreciate, but outside of that I called Fri-Tues to get updates/ET of finish. Not a grave issue by any means; just noting it would be nice to have had some form of communication on Toyotas end. I fully acknowledge the busyness and multiple hands involved in the process so please don’t hear me complaining at anyone. Just as a future note it would be nice to have even an automatic text saying “your eta is 4pm, or tomorrow, or next week.” It makes planning transportation easier as well.
Communication is not a top priority it’s as if leave the customer in the dark about what is happening is key.

I have been getting my vehicles serviced at Tuscaloosa Toyota for 22yrs sand the I will highly recommend Tuscaloosa Toyota to anyone.TJ is great and very Professional.
I felt that it took to long. All I had done was my tires were rotated and a new filter was put inside the car. I was second in line when the bay doors rolled up at 7:00. I didn’t leave till approx 9:20. I feel that this is way too long for the service that was done

Oil was not topped off. And now all of a sudden, I have 4 lights on (brake, abs and both vac) since Toyota rotated my tires. Speed sensors or something must not be correctly connected.
