Chad was great.very friendly and I liked doing business with him. The reason I answered “no” to the question whether I was completely satisfied with my visit is because the door lock which I had replaced does not work. Now I will have to bring the car back again to have it fixed.

Ryan is perfection in human form. He is patient and never rushes me. Answers all my questions, even the crazy, high maintenance ones. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything to me so I understand. He is just so kind. The waiting area is very comfortable and everyone is kind and helpful. I have really enjoyed using Tuscaloosa Toyota for my maintenance.
