My appointment was at 2:00. I arrived at 1:50. It was maybe 2:15 before I was even checked in. Someone realized I was still sitting in my car waiting and told me to go inside and let someone know to check me in. I received a message for me to approve my service about 2:59 which was only tire rotation. I was still sitting at 3:36 when I noticed my car just sitting there and no one had come to check me out. I went to the desk and the lady called Brandon and she said he was getting my paperwork and would be with me. As soon as I walked back to a seat my name was called. It was 3:44 when I left from a 2:00 tire rotation appointment.

See separate text response - I expected tire rotation and engine service - oil & filter. Only tire rotation performed - requiring another visit/time at dealer to stay on my 5,000 mile schedule. Oil may be “better now”. I will bring oil & filter each time in the future until the prepaid “provided services” are performed. Thanks, Gary Jones.
