Communication and service was terrible. It took multiple calls (which were forwarded to mailboxes that were full) to finally get someone to check on the status of my car. She said she would get back to me and never did. Service guys voicemail full too. Also the other number I got sent to. Prior to that I literally had to drive back across town mid day to find the manager to ask questions about my car the service guy could not answer. I never did find out if my 2 year old tires (which I was told need replacing) were still under warranty. The manager and my service guy both promised to check my oil with me and mark the stick to gauge the oil usage. They didn’t. Ryan (not my service guy) was super helpful at the end. Also the women at the desk. I’m not coming back.

Jeremy was exceptional, very professional, and communicated effectively.
