Mostly satisfied. However it would have nice to know that my child’s car seat would be uninstalled. I have a special needs child that has a $3000 car seat and I would have uninstalled myself to ensure it was safe. Also, I would have been in a pickle and putting it back in my car in the rain if she would have been with me. Other than that everything was good

I want to preface with this, I do not want to be contacted about this. I will say that I know the work was done well and Garrett took care of me, but y’all really need to work on speeding up the process. Making an appointment is useless. I made an appointment as usual, even though I know it really doesn’t matter. I know I’ll be there 3 plus hours every time. What really disappointed me was having to wait about 20 mins before anyone came up to check in my vehicle. No one even came up to say there would be a wait and countless times I saw employees with seemingly nothing to do but look at the amount of cars in the queue. Do better, I know you can.
