Steve was awesome as always. He is always very helpful and explaining things to me. What I am dissatisfied about is I called 1 week prior to bringing my SUV in. I told the service lady I needed new tires and told her the kind I wanted which Steve recommended to me. I got my tires and alignment. I also told her I needed new spark plugs. When I picked my SUV up I was told they had to order the spark plugs. I was very surprised they didn’t order them when I made my appointment. They were making sure they had the tires ordered so why not the spark plugs. I left my car for 5 hours there today. I travel a lot and am going to be gone a lot the next couple of months.

Everyone was nice and professional. All of the work was done within standard. The problem was I came in for an oil change and tire rotation that took 1.5 hours. I got up at 1.5 hours and started asking questions and was able to pay and leave shortly after I asked what was taking so long. I love using Toyota to service my truck but my time is important and sitting around for 1.5 hours for an oil change that I can go to most other service centers in town and get in and out in 30 minutes. If the service guys would have told me it would take that long I would have come back on a different day.
2 things I specifically mentioned to the service advisor were not entered into the system. They spoke to me about them but I wanted them noted on the report and it was not. I would like an updated report provided to me showing the “customer states…” and your responses.
