When my tundra’s alternator left me on the side of the road Ryan Engleman went above and beyond the call of duty to help. He patiently helped with the situation. Ryan answered my questions and communicated with me during the repairs, which took place during a rare snow day. He is a great asset to our Tuscaloosa dealership. Ryan earned my trust and appreciation.

Appointment was to apply gradient tint to windshield top edge. Alabama law allows a 6" tint. Your service applied a 9+" strip without gradient. It's not esthetically attractive. AND I'm afraid I will be stopped by authorities and ticketed for violating the allowable limit. The service execution itself was speedy and efficient as Toyota has always delivered.

My appointment was for 10:30 got there at 10 got checked in and went to customer lounge to wait. Sat there waiting till 12:45 got a text with recommended service needed. I went to see exactly what was needed. Was told it was ok just a suggested repair that could be done later. Went back and waited some more. A young lady came through checking with people to see how things were going and I told her what was going on she was very nice and took my name and went to check with the technician to see what was going on with my car. She was very friendly and left to go check on my car . During that time another service rep. Came and told me my car was ready to go. Over all not a bad experience just a little lengthy for a airbag recall check and break check in my opinion.
