Surprised when my car wouldn’t start this past Thursday, especially considering I just got a new battery from Tuscaloosa Toyota in 2021. Nevertheless, my battery still had some warranty coverage so it all worked out fine. Will Averett was very friendly, professional and did an excellent job of getting my car serviced. Thank you Will!

I had an appt at 10. My aunt came in and got her car serviced before me and she didn't have an appt. I work in mountain Brook and Saturday is the only time I have to come in and don't want to sit there more than an hour to have my car serviced. What can I do differently?
