I specifically asked Chase Purdy to remove me from any phone communications today. He acknowledged that he understood me when we spoke on the phone immediately after my visit. Chase Purdy also tried to bill me for a service charge that I was unaware of, only at the end of my visit. That charge was vetoed by a manager. The service today regarding Chase Purdy was extremely low class on my first experience with Chase Purdy. I hope someone has the leadership to manage his actions before he costs the repair department their reputation.
