Someone left an oil smudge on the driver door. That was very noticeable but I could excuse that. My passenger seat, however, was unacceptable. Someone sat in the seat and smeared black brake dust on the seat. I used my carpet cleaner to clean it before it set in.
Garrett was very professional and extremely helpful. He did a phenomenal job. Thank you for taking care of us!

Ryan is beyond patience, knowledgeable and fun, yes fun !!!! He is patient with all my questions, knowledgeable about my questions and my specific vehicle needs (just traded my 4Runner for a Prius and he still knew that Prius inside and out) and makes getting a service fun by chatting and laughing with me.

Started to find oil leak spots in driveway less than 2 weeks from service. Upon inspecting i found the oil drain plug less than finger tight. Alof of oil had leaked all over skid plate amd my driveway. Checked oil level on dipstick and its seemingly low. Luckily the drain plug didn't completely fall out and cause the engine to burn out.
