I paid for factory extended warranty but service department wanted me to pay 1000 dollars to change brake fluid change plugs and clean air intake thought warranty would pay for this
All the manager did was to diagnose my cars issues told me he did not parts to fix the problems, charged me over $150 and sent me back home. My vehicle was not cured of any problems my vehicles brought. The manager promised to call me back as soon as yesterday after finding parts to fix vehicle's problems, I left Toyota rabidly prejudiced by the manager who attended to me! Even my family wept when I got home with nothing cured for the $150 Toyota demanded from me! I bought my car from there and serviced there!

I bought my for service I left and my truck has knocking to it and a bump when I hit breaks and that wasn't going on beforei came i will bring it back Monday so yall can see what's going with it Thanks
Took a long time to get checked in, about 20 minutes. Waited a out 11/2 hours for completion of 25000 mile maintenance, seems a lot lo fer than usual. I realize there is half staff on Saturdays, but seemed a slow start.

I was told what the cleaner would cost to clean carbon deposits but wasn’t expecting the $102.00 dollars labor,the customer should be told up front what the total cost would be

I had an appointment at 11 o’clock and was there until 130. No one checked in on me to let me know that it would be taking a while. Under no circumstance expected to be there for 2 1/2 hours!
Steve was once again extremely helpful in making sure the problem with my truck was correctly identified and repaired. I continue to recommend him to my friends as the GO TO sevice adviser at Tuscaloosa Toyota.
Chuck did a great job in streamlining all of the repairs done to my Tundra. The diagnostic fee was a little steep but I am very satisfied with being able to get my truck working properly and safely again.
