Had an appointment at 10:00 am and left at 2:30pm. Four and half hours sitting in a waiting room for an oil change and tire rotation is not acceptable today.

I arrived at 9:20am for a 9:30 scheduled service for my vehicle. It was 11:45 am before I was able to leave. That is much to long for a simple service job.

My biggest complaint is the amount of time I have to wait when getting a simple service. It’s just crazy for me to have to block 3 hours of my day for a tire rotation or oil change. Schedule appointments differently or something.
