I scheduled the appointment on 1/24/25. I arrived early for my appointment on 1/27/25 then waited a little over the quoted time for nothing to be accomplished. The reason for this inconvenience was indicated by the part being on back order. This is all understandable, however this points to a possible communication breakdown. I can imagine someone in the shop or parts department knew the part was not at Tuscaloosa Toyota but I bet the scheduler had no idea. The scheduler could have put me on hold made contact with the shop or parts to find this information Friday and informed me that I would receive a call back once the part was available. Instead I wasted 2.5 hours today. Communication was the miss today, this could have been avoided.

I was a walk - in at approx 11:10/11:15 am Put by 12:30/12:35 pm Chase Purdy and technician Michelle were great Had cabin and engine air filter replaced Along with inspection. For 20,000 mile I like the text and update communication ftom both of them “I was unable to send my response via text , but I called and chase called me back and I informed him - to let tech go ahead with new filters - only took a few minutes as Chase explained he was with another customer “ Great overall experience Chase was very attentive in listening yoo me. He was calm , and even looked at my phone response that didn’t go through We both agree - “ technology “ ? Ei/fi vs internet services - all is well And I liked the debit card - pay as well Thank you both Chase and Michelle Keep up the great team work - John

I came in 30 minutes before closing with a flat tire. This crew didn’t flinch about my coming in close to closing time. I know it’s not an ideal time to come in with a problem, but I honestly will sit Tuscaloosa Toyota at every opportunity. Trust yall completely. These gentlemen repaired my flat and sent me home rolling with an excellent service oriented attitude and a smile. He even walked me to my car and held the door. This is why I come here.
