Only one thing. I was called to let me know to pick my car up after the inspection for the recall for passenger airbag. I was told my car did qualify for recall & they would have to order parts. When I went by to pick up my car, I was told it was ready to go & I said I understand you will call when the parts come in. No he said it has already been fixed. I told him about the call I had received & he showed me the receipt & again told me it was fixed. I said there was no way it was fixed because I was told it would be a four hour fix & it had only been about an hour & a half. I asked him to check & after a while, came back that it wasn't fixed. He showed me that the word "warranty" meant that it was fixed so they put the wrong thing on the receipt. This could have gone very wrong if I hadn't questioned and walked away thinking it was fixed.
Chad has taken great care of us on service! He always has a smile, so kind and respectful & explains everything perfectly. I appreciate him so much!
