It is always a pleasure to have Chad as my service advisor. He makes sure I understand everything that is going on with my vehicle and is very patient with answering my questions . Chad goes the extra mile in customer service .

Although I was satisfied with Jeremy Beck, I was not satisfied with the way the service appointments are handled. It would seem that if an appointment is made for a specific vehicle, every thing that is needed to perform the service would be available at the appointed time. This was not the case and I had to wait an extremely long time (over 2 hours) just to get an oil change. However, the service manager was made aware of this and handled the situation as best as possible.
