Everybody was amazing! Chase was nice and tried to help me his best! The guy that attended to my car when I first came in was great! He even remembered me when I came back to pick up my car! The lady at the desk was great!
My problem today was that I called and make an appointment for 10:15. They didn’t even pull my car in until 1:00. I didn’t get to pick up my car until 3 pm and that was because I told Chase I had to have it picked up at 3 whether it was done or not. I don’t understand why I made an appointment for 10:15 but it wasn’t done until 3. That is 5 hours! What is the point of an appointment? My husband is out of town this week so I had to call my grandparents to come an hour away to help me then they waited around for 5 hours. That is ridiculous!

Service guy Steve told me when I came in he could void my warranty. He said I had to come in every 5,000 miles regardless I called in between services because I got new tires the woman said wait till 10,000 miles and get both done at same time he didn’t care what she said he said I’m telling you I can void warranty will never be back after buying 3 vehicles and my mom and dad buying 2 that dude is rude calling main office Monday no need for rude people treating you like a child threatening to void warranty
