I never saw you during my service visit
Chuck checked me in, however he was in a rush snd didn’t want to hear about me asking about the broken radio knob I reported during the 5000 mile service, nor the new issue with the drivers side seat lower sude plastic cracked
I sat for 2 hours during the visit and got up looking for someone to ask about the status of my visit, when I saw my truck pulled out ready to go
Thankfully I came in contact with Will who was wonderful
I hope I do not get TJ or Chuck at my 15,000 mile service

He was very professional.
Will was very friendly and professional. He double checked the tire recommendation and reviewed my vehicle history in order to discuss options, and was diligent about finding the best way to address the issue. I appreciated his work.

When I arrived I let the rep know that I was the wife. I asked if he would let me know if the repair would need to be made so I’d have an idea of how long the wait would be. He did not. I asked where I should wait and he waved me off indicating anywhere. I was a a table in the waiting area the entire time as I was expecting someone to let me know if the work needed to be done since it had to be inspected first. Never heard anything. Around 10 my husband texted me asking if the car was done. I went to find out. It was done and told to go to desk to check out. Stated my displeasure that no one came to get me and was told my name was called (probably my husbands) but I never heard anything. Also no one came to talk to me about the work so no clue if the repair had to be made or not . This was my first encounter with your service department and not what I have had at other Toyota dealers.
