One thing that needs to be thought about: when I first drove in and got out of the car no one was there to check me in. Perhaps 10 staff walked through the bay and not one of them said “welcome, someone will be right with you,” or something like that. In fact no one even locked eyes; clearly they were doing something else, but I think acknowledging a customer who’s waiting should be required of all staff.
