While waiting in your lobby,I received a text from Jeremy with recommended service. I answered it within a few minutes & asked for a revised estimate. After about another hour, I still had not heard from Jeremy with this info. So, I found him and asked about it. He told me the amount and said it would be about another 1.5 hours until the work was finished. So, I asked my husband to come get me. He arrived apx 20 mins later. Just as we were leaving the dealership, Jeremy texted me that the car was ready. So,my husband and our 3 yr old grandson made a useless 40 minute round trip. When I went to the clerk to pay my bill, she gave me someone else's bill that was about $500 less than mine, and I had to correct her. This was the worst experience I've had at Tuscaloosa Toyota - definitely not a 5 star service.
As always, everyone was completely professional and helpful in explaining everything to me. We know our vehicles are in good hands.
