Chad was helpful and good to keep me updated on the progress of my truck’s recall repair. I am not , however pleased about Chad’s report that the truck battery is now drained and will not respond to charging. Although Chad said that the battery was old, I was having no issues with cranking prior to bringing my truck to your dealership. He also asked if I wanted to purchase a new battery. As indicated, as I was having no issues with cranking, it appears to me that the dealership is responsible for the condition of the battery. Please indicate a remedy to this situation that your dealership is willing to provide. Thank you, Steve Flanagan
