Every one was very nice and very knowledgeable and the wait was short and the waiting area was splendid . The snacks and candy bars were much to high in price 3.00 is to much for a candy bar . But all said it was a very pleasant experience thank you

Really confused about start-stop battery issues. And the idea of Tuscaloosa Toyota charging a $195.00 to check engine light is disturbing and add further truth to the rumors about Tuscaloosa Toyota. Makes me tend to distrust you. Your old reputation is the only reason I purchased my Highlander.

Jeremy was very helpful with his investigating of the warranty of the part that needed replacing. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly. He provided updates throughout the process and was able to get my car back to me sooner than expected. I would rate Jeremy’s handling of the repairs and customer service 5 stars out of 5.

We have been using Tuscaloosa Toyota for over 40 years. Steve has been our service contact/coordinator for most of those years! He is always professional and friendly. We feel like we are informed well on any concerns and he always helps me make good decisions to keep my vehicle running at its best. I have to travel for work and we have family out of town. I always feel safe when traveling and that my vehicle is at its best. Thanks for taking care of us!
