I requested that my oil be changed. I realize that Toyota recommends 10,000 mile oil changes but that’s too long for me. When I picked my truck up it wasn’t until I got back to work that I figured out that I had just gotten a tire rotations

It’s arrival 9:40 Departure 1:20 I really do love the Toyota dealership and appreciate their professionalism overall. But to be honest, today was a bit frustrating. I had a 10 a.m. appointment just for an inspection and to have four new tires installed—which I purchased directly from their service department. I expected it to be fairly quick, but it ended up taking three and a half hours. I’m a pretty easygoing person, and I understand things get busy, but it’s hard not to feel a little disappointed when you schedule an appointment and still end up waiting that long for something relatively straightforward
