I never got a text about anything he did or a call that it was done. My child brought the car in and she knows nothing that was done. Next time I will stick with Jeremy like I always have before. He need better communication skills
David was courteous and VERY helpful through the process. He went beyond any expectations I had in resolving my tire issue. Even though your dealership didn't have the size I needed, David called around to try and locate a replacement for me. On my way back to Louisiana I received a followup call from him checking on our progress. This was totally unexpected and so appreciated.

Chad has great customer service and has been very attentive with the issue we’ve had with our 2024 Sienna. We are unfortunately still having issues with the Bluetooth not wanting to stay connected to my phone. At this point I’m not sure what else can be done.

The service department usually does a great job. I have only had one problem before with them before when it took over 3 hours just to get oil change and I discussed it with service manager and have not had a problem since.
