I was satisfied, just not completely satisfied. I asked questions about my service inspection report, but Steve said he did not know, he had not really looked at it. He did then go look and explain it to me, but i would have thought he would have explained before I checked out. Maybe it was that the report was texted to me and it just seemed impersonal. Then there was a mix up when a shop tech mistakenly took my vehicle back to shop after it was already done. When we walked out into the bay it was missing and took about 15 minutes to find it. Whoever it was, they had taken my key by mistake and drove the vehicle into the shop to do some other vehicle’s work order. It probably would not have gone very far, but it was not a reassuring experience overall this time.
