The rotation service was quicker than expected which was nice, but the tires were just rotated front to back. The rear tires did not cross over on the front which is not an acceptable rotation pattern for a front wheel drive car with non directional tires.

Garrett was awesome. Check in was good and calming after dealing with an unexpected problem. Call to go over the inspection report was very thorough and he patiently answered all my questions. Pickup was easy and quick.
