I made an appointment for 1:15 this afternoon when I made the appointment. I told the lady the age of my car and the mileage and when I got there after a 15-minute wait they returned and said that my car was too old and too high of mileage for them to do a diagnostic on.

Service from Marquez was fine, but waiting 3 hours for an oil change is a little long IMO. Used to be in/out in 1.5 hours or so.

Once again Jeremy Beck goes beyond expectations to make the service experience awesome. He welcomes me in, meets me at my vehicle, listens to my issues, and makes necessary recommendations.
