I brought my wife’s car in to have a set of tires installed. I had an 11:00 appointment and arrived at approximately 10:50. They did not begin work on it until 1:30. It was 2:20 when it was finished and I was finally able to leave. Having to wait nearly 3 hours to have a set of tires mounted and balanced is ridiculous.
