I buy Toyotas from Tuscaloosa Toyota for one reason the service department, Paul Hardin and Steve Woods go above and beyond every single time I’m around them and they are working on my vehicle. They are tremendous ambassadors, who, in my opinion are the most valued team members Tuscaloosa Toyota has!!!

I have been coming here for over 10 years every 5k miles and he was literally the most friendly, helpful, knowledgeable service associate I have ever dealt with here. I had to wait a while, due to the nature of my service, but he gave me the approximate times and kept me updated. Thanks so much!

Jeremy was excellent in his care of my vehicle. My car battery died and I was able to jump it off and bring to him. He was attentive and so assuring with me that it would be taken care of . They replaced the battery with not too much of wait. Plus he told me it was under warranty snd no charge. What started as a stressful thing turned out pleasant thanks to Jeremy
