Will was very thoughtful and kept me abreast of the maintenance work being performed via text message. The 10,000 miles maintenance requirements were done in a timely manner. My 87 year old mother was with me and she misplaced one of her rings. The ring wasn’t that valuable but he went back inside the service area and inquired if anyone had turned in a ring. I am pleased to say that I received “excellent customer service” by Will Averett.

I had a 10:15 appointment for an oil change. I remained on site while my service was taking place. It was approximately 1:05 pm when I received my car. My advisor said the long delay was because of your computer issues. However, people prior to me appear to have no issues having their service completed in a reasonable time. A few customers that arrived after me left long before me. What should have been a thirty minute service took almost three hours.

The people I interacted with were nice. But here's what I've learned to expect from Toyota: it's going to take hours to get my oil changed and they are going to give me a long list of more ways to spend my money there. What I expect from GMC, and what I experienced today as well... (I had appointments at the same time for two vehicles and my 18 yr old helped me.) They are also nice, personable, really quick, and never try to upsell me. My loyalty belongs to them. I only come to you because my dead brother left me his truck and I will take care of it, on behalf of my kid. But I don't enjoy it.
