I think the guy who talked with me needs to be a little more personable, which would help customers feel like he real is concerned with our questions. Please your place of business was the first one I have been to that needs to have a nicer area to wait in with better coffee and offer food. I have been to 4 other Toyota service areas that were top notch.

Communication with TJ after the check in was beyond poor. Been a customer at Tuscaloosa goes back over 20 years. Pat and Debbie Greenwell. Over 2 hours for a tire rotation and inspection. Wouldn’t be so much about the time if TJ came out and communicated.
After a hour I reached out to the desk and spoke to Madalyn. I was highly impressed with her. She tried to make me feel important.
After I left, I called back and asked to speak to her to inform her I did not have a sticker in the windshield for my next appointment. That has never happened at any dealership. My first unhappy visit at Tuscaloosa Toyota.
