I think Steve Woods is the best. He's been our service guy for years and I don't want it any other way. He is really excellent at explaining what needs to be done and why. He's pleasant and easy to talk to. And I love my Toyota!

The tire replacement itself was handled well, but I was shocked that the dealership had to order the Prius tire, delaying the return of the car by 3-4 days.

I was completely satisfied with TJ. My complaints were being waited on when I arrived sitting in the car for 4-5 minutes while other service members walked right by my vehicle or standing behind the glass just hanging out talking. Then why does it take an hour and a half to rotate some tires.
