David Harrison is a very professional, but friendly and helpful employee, a credit to Tuscaloosa Toyota. Now Toyota needs to quick mailing all the trash warranty offers, that make what was once a well respected service department and try to get back the reputation that was well respected and actually sold cars for them.

When my name was called at 10:30 for pickup when 9:30 I had notice of inspection and around 10:15 or so I believe it was in pickup line Went out and no car SA had to look for it it was tgen parked going wrong way in bay. Not ideal to have your vehicle going wrong way in busy area
