Everything was fine except for the wait. Took two hours for an oil change and a tire rotation even after making an appointment. The people were nice and polite though.

Today’s multi point inspection took entirely too long. I got my rear brake pads done, but it took almost 2 hours to be informed that that needed to be done. Additionally, I had to wait another hour and a half to two hours to get my car back. I had an appointment at 8:30 AM and arrived about 15 to 20 minutes early. I did not leave until 12:00 or so.

I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30pm and showed up on-time. After getting checked in I waited until 3:20pm until the service member told me my car was ready. For the hour and a half that I waited there was no check-ins from my service member about my car or my wait time. Every other time I have been this has never been an issue. I was not told about what was done to my car afterwards and was just handed a sheet of paper and asked to pay. I have been loyal to Tuscaloosa Toyota and have gotten my car serviced here every single time. I hope for better customer service next time.

Great customer service. Was just wondering what the point of the appointment if all cars just pull up behind each other first come first serve. But overall I'm happy with the whole process.
