I spent over 2 hours waiting on an oil change with tire rotation. I left and noticed a big vibration on the interstate so turned around and took it back. Was told it’s common to have that problem with tire rotation if all 4 tires are not in balance. They offered to put the tires back where they were or balance the 2 problem tires for $45. Total time for my service appointment was 4 hours. This is not what I expected.
