While I am very satisfied with Will he was AWESOME!! The cost of some of the services were very high!! I need front and back brakes for my car , but each set costs over 300.00 . I like bring my vehicle to Toyota , but it’s getting a little to expensive for my budget!!

I was there from 7:30 until 9:00 a.m. this morning after arriving for my verified appointment at 7:30 a.m. After an hour and a half of waiting with NO acknowledgement of my presence I chased down the employee who checked me in and asked why it was taking so long only to be informed there had been a glitch in communication and my vehicle had not yet been seen!! UNACCEPTABLE!! Although, the manager was kind. I left my home at 6:30 a.m. to arrive at my APPOINTMENT at 7:30 and TOTALLY wasted a morning only to now have to reschedule an appointment for the same service. How would you feel?!!!!
