Had a scheduled appointment, arrived on time for an oil change and tire rotation. I thought it took a little long about two hours.. I realize that was not Chuck’s fault I think people that schedule appointments should check the time slots more efficiently.

For customers waiting at the dealership, I would like to see less reliance on the automated system and more reliance on human interaction. The automated system is fine for a customer who is off site.

It was a tough day at Toyota, paving day. Not a good day for anyone. Chuck, who checked me in was awesome and I cannot say enough good about him. As far as the service done on the car, no problems. I had a discussion with your service manage, Paul, regarding my experience. He seemed to make the day about, “poor Paul”. I thought the way he dealt with the chaotic day showed poor management skills and a total disrespect and regard for your patrons. A little, I’m sorry, would have gone a long way. Jeanne Phillips
