Recommended air cabin filter replaced at a cost of $180. With labor being approx. $130. I purchased one for less than $25 & changed it myself in less than two minutes from start to finish. And, had never replaced one before. In my opinion, the cost of labor for that service was absolutely ridiculous!! Especially, when I saw how fast & easy it was.
Very satisfied. Went in for an oil change and they also informed me of a recall that needed to be done. Completed the recall. Left the lot. Then when my check engine light came on immediately I went back for analysis of the issue and it was found that I needed a new water pump. It was repaired as well without cost.

It took 2 hours for a simple service checkup. It was absolutely thoughtless by the service technicians to have such disregard for customer service. I was told that an appointment at 11:30 was available and that lunch hours were fluid depending on what was needed. Instead the whole group of mechanics shutdown for more than an hour.
I always appreciate the politeness and curtesy I receive when coming to Tuscaloosa Toyota to get my car serviced. Everyone is very respectful. I definitely will continue to bring my service there.
